Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must not show any signs of wear, use, damage, stains, odor, scratches, or alterations.
Footwear Condition Policy
To maintain quality standards, all returned footwear is carefully inspected.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will NOT be accepted if:

The shoes have been worn or used.

The shoes have scratches, marks, scuffs, creases, or any physical damage.

The sole shows signs of outdoor use.

The original packaging is missing or damaged.
Faisal Vibe reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is not returned in its original condition.
Size Exchange
We understand that sizing can sometimes vary.

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
